People often forget about those tiny tid-bits and snacks that we used to have as kids owning to their busy lifestyle and schedules. Making snacks may also seem like a burden so we often skip them and wait for dinner or supper. This 3-ingredient peanut butter and yogurt dip is healthy, as well as easy to make. Kids can be persuaded to eat their fruits in this way.
Ingredients: (Makes 1 cup)
- Smooth Peanut Butter- 3 tablespoons
- Thick low-fat yogurt- 1/2 cup
- Honey- 2 teaspoons
- Fruits of your choice like sliced apples, bananas, halved strawberries.
