Peanut Butter And Yogurt Dip

People often forget about those tiny tid-bits and snacks that we used to have as kids owning to their busy lifestyle and schedules. Making snacks may also seem like a burden so we often skip them and wait for dinner or supper. This 3-ingredient peanut butter and yogurt dip is healthy, as well as easy to make. Kids can be persuaded to eat their fruits in this way. 

Peanut Butter And Yoghurt Dip

Ingredients: (Makes 1 cup)
  • Smooth Peanut Butter- 3 tablespoons
  • Thick low-fat yogurt- 1/2 cup
  • Honey- 2 teaspoons
  • Fruits of your choice like sliced apples, bananas, halved strawberries.

Beat the peanut butter until it becomes soft and creamy (about 1 minute). Mix in the yogurt and honey and adjust the sweetness as per your liking. Serve with the fruits of your choice. 🙂
